Amma is the Human Resources Executive for MTN Ghana responsible for managing, creating, communicating, and implementing the people/human capital strategies required to achieve MTN Ghana’s Companywide vision, mission and overall direction with a long term view.

Her responsibilities include but are not limited to Change management, Human capital planning & budgeting, talent acquisition and management. Her role also makes her responsible for People improvement initiatives such as performance management, policy development, organizational design and development, talent profiling and management, reward structuring and strategies, culture, industrial and employee relations.

She is experienced in managing a very strong industrial relations and unionised environment. She manages a Division with 4 Senior Managers and 3 Managers and a staff complement of 22 who collectively are responsible for the people strategy and management of the total staff base ( Permanent and contract emplyees). She has strong strategic capabilities and execeptional people management skills.

Amma holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana , an MBA from the William Morris Business School, Coventry University, a Post graduate qualification in Strategic Mangement from the Columbia Executive Education programmes and an alumini of the prestigious MTN Global Advancement Programme(GAP).
